Each massage professional is trained in a variety of modalities and techniques.  We will take you through a 5-10 minute personalized assessment to get a clear picture of your goals and both come to an agreement of the most effective plan of action.

Floor or Table

Typical massage modalities like Swedish and Deep Tissue are generally performed on a massage table with sheets and a blanket. Shiatsu Massage and Thai Massage are performed on a mat on the floor with the client dressed in loose clothing to accommodate stretching and compressions.


Oil or No Oil

Oil based massages are given with the client undressed to their level of comfort while they are covered with a sheet and blanket for warmth and privacy.  Massages can also be performed without oil either with the client fully clothed or unclothed.


Light Pressure or Deep

Every session starts with a brief check in to see what kind of pressure you’re feeling like receiving that day.  We like to keep communication open, so please let us know if you’d like more or less pressure throughout the session!
